Mark Mills

Mark grew up in Chapel Hill, NC.

 

He has worked in the restaurant industry for more than 30 years as a chef and proprietor. He has a Pastry Arts credential from La'Academie de Cuisine.

 

He has always enjoyed gardening, and cooking creatively using the freshest ingredients.

 

Founded in 2013 with his wife Teresa, Chocolates and Tomatoes Farm allows Mark to combine many passions by bringing sustainable, colorful, delicious ingredients to a local audience of consumers and chefs. 

​

Mark teaches culinary arts at Frederick Community College and in 2023 we opened The Learning Kitchen at Chocolates and Tomatoes Farm so that Mark can share is knowledge and passion with more people.
